We're a 12-person accounting firm handling sensitive client data. Setting up IronWiFi took me about 20 minutes, and now each employee has their own login. When our office manager left last month, I disabled her access in 10 seconds instead of changing passwords on 15 devices. Worth every penny.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from small business owners

Do I need technical skills to set this up?

No. If you can log into your router's admin panel, you can set up IronWiFi. Our setup wizard guides you through each step, and most customers are done in 30 minutes.

Will my existing WiFi router work?

If your router supports WPA-Enterprise (802.1X), yes. This includes most business-grade routers from UniFi, Meraki, TP-Link Omada, and others. Consumer routers usually don't support this.

How do employees connect?

Employees select your WiFi network and enter their personal username/password (or their existing Google/Microsoft credentials if you enable SSO). It's the same experience as connecting to any other WiFi.

What if an employee forgets their password?

You can reset it instantly from the dashboard, or they can use self-service password reset. If you're using SSO, they just use their existing work password.

Can I offer guest WiFi too?

Yes! You can set up a separate guest network with a branded splash page. Guests login with email or social accounts - great for collecting marketing contacts.

What happens if IronWiFi goes down?

We maintain 99.9% uptime with redundant infrastructure. If there's ever an issue, most routers cache recent authentications so existing connections stay active.
