How does the integration with my coworking platform work?
IronWiFi connects via API to platforms like Nexudus, OfficeRnD, and Cobot. When a member tries to connect, we validate their membership status in real-time. Active members get access; expired ones don't.
Do members need to install anything?
No installation required. Members can use their platform login credentials directly on the WiFi. For seamless access, they can optionally download a Passpoint profile for automatic connection.
What happens when a membership expires?
Access is revoked automatically. The next time they try to connect, the authentication fails. No password changes or manual intervention needed.
Can I have different access levels for different plans?
Yes. You can configure different bandwidth limits, time restrictions, or VLAN assignments based on membership plan. Hot desk users might get different access than dedicated office members.
How does automatic check-in work?
When a member connects to WiFi, IronWiFi can send a check-in event to your coworking platform. When they disconnect, we send a check-out. This provides accurate occupancy data without hardware sensors.
