How do you connect to my coworking platform?

We use APIs to talk to platforms like Nexudus, OfficeRnD, and Cobot. When someone tries to connect to WiFi, we check if they're an active member. If yes, they're in. If not, they're not. It happens in about a second.

Do my members have to install an app?

Nope! They can just use their existing platform login. If they want the smoothest experience possible, they can grab a Passpoint profile once and their devices will auto-connect forever after.

What happens when someone cancels?

Their WiFi stops working automatically. Next time they try to connect, it won't let them in. You don't have to do anything - no password changes, no hunting down old members.

Can different membership tiers get different access?

Absolutely. Hot desk members can get one speed, dedicated desks another, private offices their own network entirely. You decide who gets what.

How does the automatic check-in thing work?

When a member's phone connects to WiFi, we tell your platform they've arrived. When they leave and disconnect, we log them out. You get real occupancy data without any extra hardware or asking people to sign in.

I use a platform you didn't mention. Can you still work with it?
