Why Does IronWiFi Exist?
Every WiFi connection is an identity event. The RADIUS and 802.1X infrastructure deciding who gets on a network is identity-security infrastructure — yet it's been treated as plumbing for two decades, while application-layer ITDR and identity-security tooling left it behind. That's where the breaches happen. IronWiFi exists to close that gap: cloud RADIUS built security-first, with identity threat detection and response built in instead of bolted on. We're a WBA OpenRoaming partner and a co-chair of the OpenRoaming Standards Group, contributing to the security profiles the federation runs on — so security improvements ship beyond our own platform.
