Point APs at Cloud RADIUS
Each tenant has its own RADIUS IPs, ports, and shared secret. Configure the client's access points with those settings.
Brand the splash pages
Logo, colors, and CSS per tenant, included. The management console itself is not white-label.

Guest WiFi
From $13 per access point per month. An access point is any unique BSSID that authenticates against IronWiFi in a given month. Mesh repeaters that share a BSSID count once.
Employee network
From $6.50 per user per month for Cloud RADIUS. Up to 10 devices per user. No per-device fee.
Minimum per product
$65 per month each for Guest WiFi and Employee WiFi ($50 per month on annual billing). Volume discounts apply at scale. Annual billing has a commitment discount of up to 23%.

Can I white-label IronWiFi?
Your captive portals, yes. Every client tenant gets its own splash pages with your logo, colors and CSS, included at no extra cost. You can also run those splash pages on your own domain and send white-labeled email from it, though the custom domain is an add-on and covers one configuration per account rather than one per client. The IronWiFi management console itself is not rebrandable today.
How does the multi-tenant console work?
Each client gets their own fully isolated tenant with separate users, policies, RADIUS configuration, and captive portal. You manage all tenants from a single partner console — switch between clients instantly, run bulk operations, and view per-client analytics without logging in and out.
How many client tenants can I manage?
There is no limit. You can manage as many client organizations as you need from one console. Each tenant is completely isolated, so adding more clients doesn’t affect performance or security for existing ones.
What PSA/RMM integrations exist?
IronWiFi integrates with popular PSA and RMM tools through our REST API and webhook system. You can automate client provisioning, sync with ConnectWise, Datto, and other platforms, and set up alerts that flow into your existing ticketing system. Our API-first design means any tool with webhook or API support can integrate.
Can I onboard a new client from the console?
Yes. Create a new tenant, configure RADIUS and captive portal settings (or clone from a template), and your client is live. The entire process takes about 5 minutes. You can also automate onboarding via the REST API.
