Each client gets their own isolated tenant with separate configuration, users, and billing. You manage all tenants from a single partner dashboard. Billing can be handled through our partner portal with volume-based pricing, or you can manage your own billing and use our API for provisioning.
What PSA/RMM integrations exist?
IronWiFi integrates with popular PSA and RMM tools through our REST API and webhook system. You can automate client provisioning, sync with ConnectWise, Datto, and other platforms, and set up alerts that flow into your existing ticketing system.
